"Do you even know the history of the Book of Genesis that you are putting so much faith into? Not the history in it, but the history of where it came from and how it got included in the bible."
Do YOU?
If you did you wouldn't ask such a foolish question?
Familiar with Hebrew and the fact that the Old Testament is CONSISTENT no matter when it is found - Dead Sea Scrolls ring a bell?

Are you trying to say the Book of Genesis came from the Dead Sea Scrolls? I'm not sure I follow you there, since most theological scholars believe Moses wrote Genesis. Moses' lifetime spanned from 1525-1407 BC and the Dead Sea Scrolls have been determined to be written around 4 BC.
Could it be that these scrolls merely referenced a work already created, and are not the source of that work itself?
Of course there is no real way of knowing when, or even if, Moses lived since the only reference to him is, well, the bible.
But those scrolls on the other hand certainly have a determined date of creation. So perhaps you are right; maybe the bible really wasn't written until around 4 BC.
