Yes, and it was the Times-Picayune that was declaring Bush was responsible and Brown should be fired about two days PRIOR TO the arrival of Hurricane Katrina, at least one day, I am certain. They were already holding Bush responsible for whatever and everything storm related and more before the storm even arrived.

The Times-Picayune has a lot to answer for. Like why it chose not to report extensively on the rampant corruption in the city and state governments.
