By the looks of the photos we all have seen, there probably are a helluvalot of bus drivers that don't exist either.

Perhaps they should call in Maxine Waters, Jesse Jackass or some other "expert" in inner city workings to straighten this mess out.

And you thought just the UN had scandals and sent money to corrupt dictators? I bet the corruption in New Orleans pales in comparison to the money skimmed away in Philadelphia, Detroit, et al.
