In re Maxine Waters: Additionally, Ms Waters supported the Davis Bacon act pre and post LA Riots -- which meant that local innercity men could NOT build or construct within their own cities and locations... And the twerp would scream "racism" before the cameras as to the low employment rates within those inner cities.

And now, Maxine Waters is trying to override President Bush's suspension of the Davis Bacon act. Hmmm.

Yeah, like I said earlier, it seems that in CA (and LA among other places), sanity is not a requirement for office.

Maybe criminal groups, wouldn't surprise me, is what maintains many in CA politics. Sure looks obviously so in Louisiana.

There was all that organized crime in HUD regionals in CA, after all. I never read about any resolution to it, other than only a few lost their jobs but seems to me that that level of organized crime is rarely limited to just a few people.
