If a cop is shot in NO, does anyone fall?
I can see even more clearly now why the people were armed and angry. Only the U.S. military was equipped to enter this place.
Add this budding scandal to the tidbit about the police officers in the boat that were requesting woman to flash their chests to get rescued, the two female officers looting in the WalMart, etc.
Not exactly a "protect and serve" image evolving here.
In the Bogart movie, "Deadline USA" a police detective investigating a murder committed by thugs dressed as policemen, ask a news reporter, "Can't you tell the cops from the bad guys?" The reporter's reply, "In this town?"
