Maybe its just isolated to the NOPD and not the other city depts or state. We just don't have enough now to know.
We know the government in LA stinks from the top down. And that the culture of corruption includes everyone from the crooks who have made a living off it to the folks who've looked the other way. I wouldn't pour any more taxpayer money down that 'Rat hole until it's cleaned up.
