It has been apparent to me, ever since ABC began hyping this show, that the main purpose is to lay the groundwork for Horse Face Hilly's upcoming run for the Oval Office. The idea is for the sheeple to become comfortable with the idea of a woman president, and even to begin feeling good about the prospect.

I think the only thing that can be done is to boycott the show and make the sponsors aware of your displeasure with it.

Plus, another tv show that was written by the husband and wife team about 3 mature (not Golden Girls) women (one was Dixie Carter, one was a former (somewhat heavy now) beauty queen, and the other played w/Goldie Hawn in "Protocol". This husband and wife team were heavily involved in the clintoon election.

Yep. No one can accuse them of being too subtle! It is interesting how arrogant Left becomes in matters like this. They know the MSM will never say anything about it, so they don't avoid these blatantly obvious connections. Presumably, this guy got the job, because he knows enough about Hillary to create a fictional female president that will remind us of her.

Imagine the MSM reaction to a similar story about someone on the Republican side. I liken this contrast between the Republican and Democrat situation as the difference between two armies there fighting, one with artillery, one without. If you are in the army without artillery, you learn to take cover, constantly and move cautiously.
