The fact of the matter is that everything in Louisiana south of Alexandria IS dysfunctional. North of Alexandria is just like living in America. Everyone in Louisiana knows that. I guess that's why Blank-o was elected with solid majorities from the parishes in the northern part of the state. But don't let the facts get in the way of a pithey comment.
