Fat chance. The Dems will probably counter that "Rush Limbaugh IS equal time", as Rush has stated correctly, so often.
They have equal time ... it's called "Air America". It's not the GOP's fault it bombed.
Besides, I think the "equal time" pertains to individual networks. If ABC gives a 30 second plug for the Dems, the ABC must give GOP equal time. Same goes for CBS, etc.
