It just shows how dependent the dems are on govt - and it's all govt's responsibility - which gave them an easy out to blame Bush - which they were only too happy to do.
What I don't understand .. why didn't Blanco tell Nagin to sit down and shut up. She governs the whole state .. and she should have forced the issue with him. Now the state is stuck with 400 UNUSABLE school buses. Gross stupidity.
