Rep. William Jefferson up. This is the guy who used the National Guard - who should have been helping rescue people on roofs - to get personal items out of his house. This is clearly against the law.
He is appalled that Brown is blaming the state and local government.

I agree this is a no-win situation for Brown. He's already the designated goat in all this, nothing he says will change that. And he was whiney for a brief moment. Whining about the MSM attacking you is never a good thing.
