Well most of my time is occupied getting the son out and about now that he has decided to be MORE active and somewhere in there I started a exercise walking program with the boyz. Down 31lbs and a long way to go.
Getting older to where longevity includes proper diet and exercise.

Man taking care of me too now along with his ongoing care needs the weeks just fly by.

Now he is going to OSU Marine Biology Seminars (until the local college is done being built so he can attend and it is WC friendly) so that happens to fall on one of my respite days (day off from his total care, well not now) hence more double time to get things done.

Swimming and Walking.

Oh and to take me to the brink and ensure I fall into bed exhausted by midnight I added this to our life:

Your courage and dedication is inspiring to me and Laura Earl. Your son is a lucky man to have such a good mom.

Exercise is someting the wife and I take serious. I am 51 and she is 45 and either of us can keep up with people half our age. Walking and toning are our primary sources of exercise. We eat smart too. If we'd give up beer we'd be mere shadows. LulaBelle is a good source of exercise too when she takes us for a drag.

Drink lots of water every day 64 oz minimum. Take a good vitamin suppliment. Keep a positive outlook under all conditions. The positive outlook is the most important of all. Trust in the Lord to get you through and follow his lead.
