The back isn't the problem. It's my ears. I lost most of my hearing in my right ear from an infection I caught in Bosnia. I have to wear a hearing aid. I also have tinitus from being around B-52s while in SAC. I have to pay attention to the back so I won't need more surgeries. I claimed it just incase.
