I had an argument with a neighbor and he suggested that I needed FR, Rush and Mark Levin to see the truth. He said I was a good guy but needed my facts straight on some things.
I agreed to switch for a week from DU and Err America. Something just clicked and I started to doubt the Moore/MoveOn people. They all just seemed so depressing and hateful after that. The posters on FR seemed like geniuses after being used to the awful potty-mouth DUmmies.
However, I wasn't fully changed until after the election results came in. After seeing how the DUmmies reacted after the election, I knew I could never go back. A small part of me was actually relieved that Bush won even though I voted for Kerry.
Unfortunately, my neighbor moved and I never got to thank him. I don't know if he's a posting FReeper or just a lurker.
