Pedialyte is a rehydration fluid for infants and children and available in most grocery stores.

It also works for adults.

I used some I'd left for my Mom once when I was sick visiting Mom a few weeks ago.

Me, I prefer to curl up with a pot rather than trying to make it to the "Porcelain Honda" ...giggle...

Pedialite is a kind of disgusting bottled water that's usually given to babies and small children who have diahrea to replenish the water in their system and keep them from getting dehydrated. We still have a bottle in our refrigerator (I don't know why) that we got for our old dog.
