If Brown had qualifications before he was appointed head of FEMA and he had performed well during Katrina, he'd still be in charge. Unless of course, you think the President backed down to MSM pressure.
I didn't hire him but those who knew him thought he could do it. Obviously the Congress thought he could do it because I beleive that they confirmed him unanimously.
During his two years in charge, his organization handled 164 responses at least satisfactorily.
And no one has yet pointed out where he or FEMA failed in Katrina.
Those who insist he screwed up, but refuse to list how or why they FEEL that way, are simply wearing knee pads for the Liberal media and swallowing all that the media gives them.
He had superb qualifications before he was made head of FEMA.
FEMA had no problems, at least from the MSM standpoint in 2004 when Florida was inundated with 3 or 4 back to back hurricanes. (You just know they would point this out had there been any issues in Florida)
This time around though, it seems that whatever FEMA was alleged to have gone wrong happend in the Liberal corrupt state of Louisiana.
