"I don't know.
I just don't know."
Ok....
I just thought you were trying to say that the articles you posted proved there were more dead than stated by the one I posted that showed only 6 people were found dead in the Dome.
Maybe I misinterpretted your intent?
Could be.
Some is not: "Janice Singleton, a worker at the Superdome, said she got stuck in the stadium when the storm hit. She said she was robbed of everything she had with her, including her shoes."
The official death count will be issued and there may even be some official breakdown on the causes of death. But public perception the New Orleans problem had some basis in some reality: "New Orleans Police Chief Edwin Compass said Friday that hurricane rescue efforts were hampered when relief workers came under attack by the city's criminal element, prompting conditions that resembled "urban warfare." "
I just read that article about the lack of dead at the superdome (and convention center) in my local rag. I imagine numerous pychological papers will be done on that. Why/how can there be so many people telling stories of "We had to walk over countless bodies of dead people". Not even a second-hand statement. Although the sheriff now admits that some of the things he had said (based on second-hand stories) were "not accurate".
