Is there any doubt in anyone's mind what the reaction would (will) be if the Bush administration had taken (takes) "serious action against Iran"?

The main reason that Iran's "mullahcracy" is emboldened, instead of cowering at the presence of coalition forces on their doorstep, is the fifth column antics of the fourth estate. The mullahs see the will to prevail being sapped out of the west, and are exploiting that weakness.

Exactly.  If GWB hadn't gone into Iraq, they'd be saying what a mistake he made because Saddam is the biggest threat in the region, has WMD's and killed many innocent people.  He invaded and they say he rushed to judgement and is a war-monger.

Now that he's using every diplomatic resource with Iran, he's accused of not being tough.  If he invades tomorrow, he's a hawk again.

Even the nuttiest of left-wingers have to be able to see thru this hypocrisy.
