I think the Iraqi man was saying that none of the Muslim nations came to their aid when they were suffering under Saddam. I heard him mention Iran a couple of times. He was saying that only America and George Bush was willing to give them their freedom.

I don't speak Iraqi but I have talked with Nofel enough to know the message was for the people in Iraq and if Saddam hears it he won't like it.
