In most pet markets, registration won't matter.
Shuma looks like a very fine dog and breeding *lots* of $200 puppies is just as good to some people as a few $500 ones.
I can now guess *why* she wants the dog so badly.

If he was fixed, she wouldn't want him. Poor pup, I pray she isn't mistreating him. I'm just amazed that she can justify keeping the mans dog!
