Is there a possibility of submitting another resolution completely supporting our president? This would do two things; defeating this resolution and showing Mr Kapps that he is using the wrong stage to push his views

My understanding of the procedures regarding resolutions at Convention is minimal. I have asked for more information from knowledgeable sources and am awaiting the replies.
I hope that resolutions are defeated by a straight up and down vote, for that will make my task (stirring up the populace and defeating the resolution) easier. If debate is called for, however, I will have to prep our delegates with facts in order to refute Kapp's "explanation". The more facts I have, the better.
