Shuma may not be a seeing/eye dog but this man obviously has a disability, is very attached to his dog, and even if Shuma just picks up things like shoes or something for him, it's a help. We do not know the full story, but what I tried to get across earlier to someone who refused to listen, was that Ms Nevill (my daughter is calling her Cruella De-vile!) should have compassion and give the dog back. This family has suffered enough.
