I would think the announcement and implementation of a serious troop reduction tied directly to the cessation of hostilities would make it abundantly clear just who is responsible for the violence in their country. That should make it easy for the Iraqi people to understand who is their enemy and who is their friend. Imagine the anger that would directed toward the 'insurgents' when all the foreign soldiers have left their 'holy' ground, and then an attack occurs and back come the allied troops en masse.

My policy would be "put your money where your mouth is!"

In the America where I plan to spend the rest of my life it's VICTORY! We weren't messing with anybody when 9/11 was thrust upon us. My policy is pretty much "live and let live", but when you attack me I'm going to do WHATEVER it takes to make sure you realize the folly of your actions.
