Quite correct! For a second I confused him with Al Sharpton, perpetual candidate. Even though one is a congressman they're both peas from the same pod. They don't all "look alike" but they sure do think alike!
My brain has a channel blocker set for Al Sharpton, so I didn't recognize who you were referring to; LOL!
Rangel is even more despicable since he is an elected congressman on the federal payroll. Sharpton only has his right to free speech.
I agree but there are two things I like about Charley Rangel: he served with distinction in the Korean war and he has a sense of humor. I often get the feeling that even though he spouts the party line for his constituents he really, in his heart, knows it's 90% BS. Sharpton is just a race-mongering demagogue.
I'm really ticked about that. I think he just ruined any chance he had in his head about running for President -- and winning the primaries.
"Hillary met with her but said the U.S. should not cut and run from Iraq"
Hillary and the other Dum NY Senators were BOTH picketed by their democrat constituents about the filibustering nonsense. Hitlary is only speaking out of the other side of her face in an attempt to garner votes. I can tell when Hitlary is lying; her lips are moving.
