This is the money quote:
"We're a country of 300 million people," Mr. Taylor said. "They're only going to draw 100,000. That's not very impressive ... 100,000 people go to football games every weekend, and they pay more money to do it."
Of course, the media will report that "millions" attended and were all from "diverse" walks of life.

I doubt that they'll get a 100,000 but the media will say it's a 100,000.
I remember when President Bush went to London and the turnout by the bats wasn't that great. BBC started really hyping the demonstration and magically the number was what the organizers predicted. How do I know, because the BBC told me so.
It's a shame the Park Police don't do counts anymore. This allows the media to lie about the crowd size. In this case, they'll work with the organizers.
I really hate the media.

Um, are these photos from a History Book of the 60s?????? And the President is in Texas?? Good place to get away.

Say what you will about President Bush. In the war on terror, when the going gets tough, he doesn't go wobbly.

Did anyone tell them the gubment don't work on the weekends? I'm sure they will kill the hurricane coverage to cover this. LOL

And yet not one of them bothered to go to Galveston and Houston to pick up busloads of evacuees to protest uncaring Bush.
