If she stalls, then re-strengthens to a 4, is westwardly her most likely track?
If she stalls it's anybody's guess as to where she'll go. A stall would indicate that there's no other weather around to move her. So, she'll just have to sit there until the coriolis effect pulls her or until another system comes along to push/pull.
