I just heard that tanker trucks are going car to car giving every one 5 gallons of gas.
Does that sound reasonable? Is 'gridlock' gridlock if a tanker can go "car to car"?

I hope these trucks are positioning themselves a couple of miles up the road to refill these cars once they idle that 5 gallons out in the monster gridlock. </ pessimism>
How long will it take for them to burn those 5 gallons of gas sitting still on the highway?
