Is it true that Mrs. Sheehan is an "AMERICAN GOLD STAR MOTHER" the apolitical group that began in 1928?

I vaguely remember that she was part of a different group that had a similar name, which was a recently started left wing group devoted to pacifism at all costs.

American Gold Star Mothers have dis-avowed any relationship with Cindy Sheehan and they state that clearly on their website.
