Got a reply from NC Jim....said they were battered chicken breast, served with BBQ sauce or Tabasco. Never heard the term 'fenders' before...but it makes sense.
I have to tell you if you like your chicken spicy hot, try African Chicken. Marinated in hot sauce from the day it hatched.
