We're (San Antonio) still waiting for relatives who left last night from the Channelview area. Another family who left northern Houston early this morning are also missing in action.

What they need to do is ask locals not to use the highways. They know their way around the streets, leave the HWY for those who are evacuating and trying to get through or into town.

Bet they're out there playing with that guy who's selling soft-serve ice cream on the freeway. (friend of mine told me about him as they passed him - he was walking faster than they were driving).
