As would I, but I think I'm on fairly solid ground when I say that's not going to happen. If you can't eliminate bias, the least you can provide is balance.
Maybe we can't eliminate bias, but we can at least choose not to indulge in petty attacks that do nothing but lower political debate. The problem with fairness and balance is that all too often it is simply used as an excuse to do those wrongs to others as they have done unto us.
We are supposed to be beyond the times when we followed an eye for an eye. In these times, God has asked of us that we be mature enough, compassionate enough, wise enough to turn the other cheek.
No, *we* can't, but you can, so why don't you turn off your computer and stop campaigning against justice?
Did you learn nothing from Niemoller? Your attempts to wrap your complacency in religious garb are repugnant.
When someone physically slaps you, and rather than running away or covering yourself, you rise up and offer them your other cheek, then I will believe you are acting on the strength of your convictions. Short of that, your rational is nothing short of camoflage for moral cowardice.
In these times, God has asked of us that we be mature enough, compassionate enough, wise enough to turn the other cheek.
Please cite for me where turning the other cheek is implied to be anything other than sacrificial. Christ said nothing, not one thing, about it being mature, compassionate, or wise.
If you have to give de facto insults to those not subscribing to your understanding of Scriptures, I submit your piety is nothing but vanity.
If your understanding of Christ's Sermon on the Mount is of universal application, how do you explain His subsequent order to sell one's garment to purchase a sword?
Here's a brief bio on her:

She has called the reasoning behind Roe vs. Wade "an exercise in raw judicial power," which wouldn't help her with 'Rats and RINO's during any confirmation hearing.
