Talk about a poison pill. If it doesn't pass they can claim that "Republicans are soft on sexual predators."

Within the Senate they can remove the pro-homosexual hate crimes bill that was attached to the legislation and vote on it then.

It would then be sent back to the House of Representatives, where they can pass the Children's Safety Act, without the pro-homosexual hate crimes bill in tow.

Sexual predators are just that - Sexual Predators - they have no gender i.e., male, female, homosexuals, lesbians, white, black, red, green, or yellow. The Sexual Predator is a faceless piece of humanity and should be given 25 years or more in prison or death.

For this amendment to have passed, a bunch of Republicans had to have voted for it. I'm going to guess it wasn't a roll call vote

What I'd really like is a Constitutional amendment that all votes have to be on the record and public
