Is this the same Mike Pence that some on this web site have been trying to draft to run for POTUS? Well he doesn't get my support after this.

Please look at the proposal closely. This is completely VOLUNTARY. Any soldier who does not wish to change his health care will not have to.

Understood, however if not enough servicemembers go for it, where are the savings?
