The point that Governor Bush is making is that there are state laws already in place that ban this reprehensible behavior. This is not to be misconstrued that he is soft on this issue, he is not. And driver's licenses for even illegals is a way to track and keep tabs on all of them. Personally I would like to see every damn one of them sent back to Cuba or Mexico with the thread of a long incarceration tied to a return but the liklihood of ever being able to do that is nil. They are everywhere in this state. This way at least they are registered.
