I am in Spring TX, just north of Houston. And ALL Freeways are gridlocked at this time!
I still have family there - is it zeroed on on Houston now? I guess I need to be calling family back home tonite.

Can anyone explain why we see terrible congestion on the outbound lanes and yet the inbound are not being reversed to eliminate this traffic (contraflow)? I've seen and heard several reports from people who have turned back because they can't get out of town.?????????
