Thanks for the model update. I presume you meant Galveston Day instead of "houston bay" - and 30 miles NE of Galveston is a whole lot better for the refineries along the bay and for the City of Houston and 30 miles SW of Galveston.
If we could just get it another 15 miles further up the coast, it would be very bad but not an absolute catastrophe.

Would not be surprised if it weakens to a 3 and makes landfall to the west of Lake Charles, LA. Just a guess...
