How long before landfall does FL start contraflow? Rita is still many hours away from the TX coast.
That's what I'm trying to find out. As far as I know, it only happened once in Orange county (mid state?). We have millions and millions (At leat 5 million) in South Florida...and they never had the main highways ALL go NOrthbound....that I know of.
