You are correct Sauron.
To clarify BearWash, I am posting on a South Texas hurricane thread in September sitting in the cone of damage in Houston.
It is 19:10 hours and 90 degrees outside.
If my Coleman lantern is burning you can bet my windows are open because the A/C is off since the power is out.
Simply because we live in the south doesn't make us simple.
When we tar and feather a yankee we always do it outside.
;<)
KPRC ran a graphic the Texas Natl Guard convoy was heading to Austin for the storm.
You are correct. The proper way to "mount a feathered yankee on a rail" is to do it outside. We have been known to do it inside, upon occaison:)
Sorta takes the fun outta the whole thing. If you light 'em afire in the barn, they occaisonally thrash around and burn good stuff down.
LOl, your post is just one reason I love FR. You're tar and feather a yankee outside is priceless.
Of course, we love "yankees" on FR.
Oh, in addition to tar and feathering yankees outside, we also drink beer, forget that we've got a turkey in super heated oil, and think that we can high dive int a kiddie pool. (After copious amounts of brew)
Ya'll be safe, ya here?
