Wayne sounds very upset with the traffic gridlock and no gas.
IIRC, Wayne gets upset alot.
I'd be upset too, if I were in the gridlock. As is said among truckers in traffic jams, "too many cars, not enough asphalt".
Well the Texas residents seem to be a lot smarter in that so many of them started leaving early. But Now I a wondering if there leaders are in some ways also incompetent to plan evacuations. I know it must be an awful hard thing to plan for, but the first step should have been to have a tanker trucks full of Gas sitting at various locations along the way before the traffic jams started. You could also drop Gas containers from helicopters near disabled cars if you had too.
