Been trying to find Worst-case scenario's for Lake Charles, and all I'm coming up with is Greenpeace's "If the Chemical Plant Blows" BS...
Any ideas?
There is a NASA site that has some of these scenarios - did you see the link to the powerpoint slideshow from this morning? May be something on that site.
