Well...there were earthquake swarms in Cochella Valley a few weeks ago..now we have numerous earthquakes north of LA. We in SoCal get kinda uneasy when when the quakes become more than one or two in a short time and are over a 3.0 in the Richter scale.
I lived in Palm Springs during the Landers quake...quite a ride, that one.

Understandable. We in NorCal get similarly uneasy, but compared to Rita, it seems kinda minro.
California gets hundreds of quakes in a week.
