Gov. Howard Dean, I believe, wanted special bike trails for them. We're all equal, so no "special" treatment for them. I say, instead, they have a RIGHT and obligation to take their chances and use high traffic highways sucking up our car fumes while we excersize our rights to drive cars. Everybody's got RIGHTS these days, dontcha know?
