He said if the tornadoes moved quickly out of Michigan, the HIGH PRESSURE may rebuild and push RITA toward Galveston....if the tornadoes moved slow, RITA would keep toward Beaumont...

Very interesting... The news has been so focused on Rita that this is the first I'd heard about tornados in the Midwest.

But if a flock of Canada geese fly at 10,000 feet from Grand Rapids to Chicago, it could send Rita back to toward Galveston.
