M-m-m-m-m-m-m-m-m-m-m ~ Sounds yummy! If traffic was flowing south I'd be thinkjing seriously about heading your way!! I've roasted 2 chickens and am doing a big chicken salad, too, (with pecans instead of walnuts though) but I don't have any boneless chicken stuffed with etouffee in the oven and that sounds heavenly!!

Oh. Now I get it. We've got the standard sideline recipe conversation thing started. LOL! Come to think of it, I was just getting set to bake a Pillsbury chocolate cake. That's about as far as I push my cooking talent.
