Is the kplc-tv covering the press conference same as the kpcl streaming is? I surely hope so.
Calcasieu Parish: They are saying how shelters are already full from Katrina. There will be no public services, no rescues, etc., once the county closes down for the storm. They are expecting telephone service to be affected by tonight.
