I had just posted the story about the gal who decided to use pruning shears on her estranged husband, http://www.freerepublic.com/focus/f-news/1489066/posts.

I had thought of Bobbitt but wanted to check the spelling of his name and did a search and low and behold guess how is in trouble again and with his current wife. Did he not learn a thing from his first psycho wife, although with his record maybe there was something to her reasoning, while WRONG .. he does not seem to be a very sound husband material.

When he is 6 feet under. I mean really, if he is an abuser there is no telling what the wife might do and if she does the worst the jury would feel for her.

However, now that I think about it, they would just say she should have left ... and there is no defense for any self defense ... well I think if he hurt her than yes but if she goes back she has herself to blame ... but still she has the right to defend herself ... jut do not know how a jury would judge her.
