It is unbecoming and improper for a sitting associate justice to be politicking such as this.
Clinton and people he appoints are exempt from normal rules. That is why one should never give them consideration or quarter. Did you hear that President Bush?
"I will take enlightenment wherever I can get it," she said. "I don't want to stop at a national boundary."
Amazing. In her list of qualifications or in her notation of her own reasoning, she never mentions the US Constitution and it's primacy for judicial qualification or judicial reasoning.
This woman should be impeached.
It is inappropriate that a woman on the Court be promoting an individual group rather than enforcing law and the Constitution. R-B-G came onboard with the intention of implementing the Equal Rights Amendment by fiat. Based on that she is unfit to serve.
Further confirmation from this kook Ginsberg that liberals hate traditions. I have never heard of a sitting Supreme Court Justice weighing in on who a president should select for the Supreme Court. It's an outrage.
Hmmmmmmm. The Constitution says the President has the power to appoint Supreme Court justices. And that the Senate must advise and consent.
But nowhere does it say that Associate Justices have any role in the appointment process. Perhaps Justice Ginsburg's copy of the Constitution reads differently than mine...?
"It is unbecoming and improper for a sitting associate justice to be politicking such as this."
Par for the course for an ACLU/NOW-RadFem Clintonista Jurist.
She should be thankful Souter is on the court, so she escapes the 'worst Justice on the Supreme Court' label.
Ginsberg-like Clinton-spits on American Tradition. She should shut up. Justices should not be involved in politics. This woman should be impeached.
No kidding. It's appalling actually. It's hard to believe this isn't against judicial ethics.
And she cares?
She is a liberal witch.
