Thanks Kathy.....quiet B4 the storm right now....
I agree with Tank, I find the riding position of a naked sports bike much more comfortable for me, as I have cervical disc disease and traumatic arthritis of the spine, that's why clip-on's (low racing sport bars) and cruiser with feet forward and arms extended just don't work for the old curmudgeon. ;) I love the SV650, it weighs 363 dry, it has a smooth 70 HP 90° V-Twin and it handles, stops and starts with the best. It also tops out around 130 MPH. I added after market handle bars (wider and a little higher) Works Performance rear shock, Gold Valve Cartridge Fork Emulators in the front forks and after market (Renegade) exhaust system.
Mine is a 2001, the new ones have fuel injection and better stock suspension.
I atill have stock seat, Corbin makes a pretty good after market seat.
I just order a Corbin seat. ;);)
Get that air brush out ~ do you do flames? :)
Still catching up, several days late...
Thanks, Pippin, for the Pledge. Newdow is a menace.
