I think this will resolve in two ways. 1. when the nose gear touches down the wheels will rotate to a correct orientation and the aircraft will roll to a stop. 2. when the aircraft lands the nosegear will collapse and the aircraft will slide to a stop on the runway. Either way, the highest potential for injury for those on board is when they exit the aircraft if they have to use the slides.
I think it's far more likely the front gear will simply snap off. Same result though.

The tires are sideways and upon contact with the runway, the tire will peel away from the rim.
