A320 landing gear made by Messier-Dowty, who also make the landing gear for the Boeing 787 Dreamliner.
So, now you can all bash Boeing too (787 is made up of many foreign made parts, as are most Boeing planes)

I have to hand it to MSNBC (as pigs fly by my window), they are assuming the passengers are watching on their DirecTV and whoever is talking now is assuring the passengers directly that there is a very high probability that they will be on the ground safely very soon.
